I'm Done

 

When I got locked out of my all my accounts at Google for 2 weeks, I chose to go with a PAID EMAIL SERVICE, Protonmail.com

They sell themselves as a SUPER SECURE email service.

Well, yes they sure fucking are secure. 

When THEY MOVED their site and I was told to move my email to their new site, I had to create a new password.

Upon creating the new password they then ENCRYPTED ALL MY EMAILS so that I could not read them.

Why?

Because I changed my password. That's all I did. They KNOW that it's me - they have my cell number and I confirmed it with them and yet they felt they had to ENCRYPT MY FUCKING EMAILS ANYWAY.

I tried, USING THEIR "SUPPORT" to DE-encrypt my emails and time and time again the attempts to fix this FAILED. NO HELP FROM THEIR SUPPORT.

I went back to my OLD email account at GMAIL.

Now my $400.00 course at Oxford is fucked-up because all my fucking class assignment emails look like the above image.  

ALL my friends are now laughing at me like I'm some kind of fucking fool because I have to keep changing emails - so here's the bottom line.

I'm DONE. 

I AM FUCKING DONE. I DELETED THE ACCOUNT TO PREVENT THEM FROM CHARGING ME ANYMORE MONEY AND WILL ALSO CONTACT MY BANK TO REVOKE ANY CHARGES FROM THEM.

MY ADVICE - DO NOT USE PROTON FOR ANYTHING. IT'S FUCKED UP.
